Boeing Delivered 12 DreamLiners in February and the program reached 800 deliveries

Boeing delivered 12 dreamliners in the month of February thus the program reaches 800th dreamliner delivery when it handed over a 787-9 to Norwegian air.Since Boeing started the first 787 to ANA dated back September 2011, So far 360 787-8,422 787-9 and 18 787-10 dreamliners handed over to around 65 airline operators across the industry.

The most notable delivery was to HNA group owned Suparna Airlines received its first 787-9 dreamliner which plans to deploy it in Asia and North America destinations.There is no clarity from HNA group or from Boeing of how many dreamliners will be delivered to the airline.The airline earlier used a 787-8 which was leased from its fellow airline Hainan and returned it back after a year of operations.Other notable delivery includes a penultimate 787-9 to Air Canada which will be receiving its last 787-9 later this year by completing its order for dreamliners. United has received a 787-10 and Etihad received two 787-9 dreamliners.

Bamboo Airways Firmed its 787-9 Order

Vietnamese Carrier Bamboo Airways confirmed its order for ten 787-9 dreamliners valued at 3 billion USD and signed a deal during a ceremony in Vietnam attended by US president Donald Trump and President of Vietnam Nguyen Phu Trong. This deal earlier attributed as unidentified in Boeing's order book revealed in January.The airline earlier singed a MOU for twenty 787-9 dreamliners last year and it seems it has firmed 10 of them now.
