Boeing back on track in DreamLiner Deliveries

Boeing all set to achieve its yearly delivery target for Dreamliners as the Airplane manufacturing giant has flown the highest number of dreamliners to its new homes this month by offsetting the gap created in the previous months. Its contractually handed over 12 dreamliners in October and flown few more to their airlines which were handed over in September Contractually. Overall around 120 dreamliner jets have been delivered till October by adding few more new operators for the worlds fast selling wide body jet.

Indicating the growing demand for Dreamliners in the Asian market, Three more Chinese airlines added to the dreamliner operator list. Taiwanese carrier Eva air received its first two 787-9 dreamliners out of 4 on order and the carrier already had twenty 787-10 dreamliners on their order book. Shanghai based carrier Juneyao air , All Airbus operator till now has received its first Boeing 787-9. One of the big three in Chinese aviation, China southern airlines received its first 787-9 which was laid out in four class configuration. There is no clarity on how many the carrier will receive 787-9 as so far the dreamliners in China Eastern's order book were delivered to its subsidiary Shanghai Airline.

French Polynesian carrier Air Tahiti Nui also joined the dreamliner operators club, Received its first of four 787-9 on order.Middle Eastern carrier Etihad Airways joined alongside with Singapore Airlines as 787-10 operator as it is received its first two longest version of dreamliners and it has already put on medium long haul missions to Amsterdam and Seoul.Its the first 787-10 with GEnx-1B handed over to a customer.

12 dreamliners were handed over to its new homes in November and United also joins the party by receiving its First 787-10 fitted with GEnx-1B currently operating on intra american routes before launching the transatlantic routes next year.The carrier also received its second 787-10 and its the only carrier which operates all the dreamliner family variant under its brand name. Qantas received its 7th 787-9 which is first on its fresh order for its dreamliner.

United topped up its 787-9 on Order :

United had already operating 25 787-9 dreamliners and it ordered 4 of this type in July and has upped the count to 13 by ordering nine more of the type.With this order, The net orders for dreamliner crossed 100 for the year and just one shy of 1,400 since the start of the program.
