Boeing Delivered 12 DreamLiners in September

After a curtailed delivery figures since last few months affected by Rolls-Royce engine woes and other supply chain issues, Boeing back on track by delivering 12 Dreamliners in the month of September. Also a few more Dreamliners flew to their new homes on early this week depicts how Boeing try to catch up deficit figures in order to reach their annual target in dreamliner deliveries. British Airways received its penultimate 787-8 on order and alongside 11 more 787-9 dreamliners handed over to other customers.

Most notable delivery includes Shanghai Airlines, A China Eastern Airlines subsidiary received first two 787-9 dreamliners on their order book. It seems they are from China Eastern's order book when the carrier ordered 15 of them in 2016 but still there is no clarity to me as it may also be a separate order probably in Boeing's order book as unidentified. Another Chinese carrier Hainan Airlines received Four 787-9 dreamliners which they differed it since few months.Air Newzealand also took two 787-9 dreamliners and set to receive its final one in the coming months. American,Norwegian and Korean Air received a 787-9 each in this month which ended up on high note.

In terms of Dreamliner orders, No new major orders surfaced in this month but one can see it once Boeing updates its monthly order book in the coming few days.

Below is the detailed split of deliveries :

Air Newzealand 2
American 1
British Airways 1
Hainan Airlines 4
Korean Air 1
Norwegian Air UK 1
Shanghai Airlines 2
