Boeing & Co. Handed over Seven 787's in the month of April, Much less than compared to previous months.Deliveries consisting One 787-10 to Singapore Airlines and remaining are of 787-9 to other airliners. Gulf Air,The flag carrier of Bahrain joined the dreamliner family by inducting its first 787-9 into its fleet marking its Long haul fleet upgrade. The dreamliners will gradually replace its A330 fleet. It has another 20 787-9's on its order book.
Virgin Atlantic has received its last dreamliner and completed its order for 17 dreamliners.It has another 6 dreamlines on option and have to see if they exercise it. However the carrier already suffering from its Rolls-Royce Trent Engines issues and grounded several aircraft which need its engine maintenance. On other side Saudia also completed its Order for 13 787-9 dreamliners which received its last one this month. The carrier said be having an unspecified number of 787-10 on order but this is undisclosed so far.
